Product Development Engineer what we are looking for:

Are you passionate about solving real-world clinical challenges through engineering At MicroAire were seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic innovation team and help bring life-changing medical devices from concept to reality.

This is more than just a design roleyoull be part of a collaborative cross-functional team that transforms clinical insights into tangible solutions that improve patient outcomes.

What Youll Do:

• Translate clinical and market research into product requirements
• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on safety usability and manufacturability
• Own design documentation and support testing validation and design transfer activities
• Participate in surgery observations and Voice of Customer research
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation forward

What Youd Bring:

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Applicable engineering internship experiences desired (medical device experience a plus!)
• SolidWorks proficiency and strong mechanical design fundamentals
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
• A passion for innovation and improving lives through technology
