Responsibilities

  • Assist in checking the daily Bank balance as and when required.
  • Supervise and monitor Job Duties for FA & GL Assistants.
  • Monitor filing updated by FA & GL Assistants.
  • Check and ensure correct coding and period Of the charge out for prepayment accounts.
  • To check GMs monthly list of expenses for VP approval.
  • To prepare monthly OE charge out and provisions.
  • To update monthly Diversey Chemicals usage and accrue rebate.
  • To prepare statistics requirement from Government Departments before submission.
  • To oversee and monitor all car pass issued by GLs personnel.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or SPM/ LCCI Certificate related with accountancy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes reconciliations and reporting.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Due to work permit restrictions only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
