Job Summary
Your Tasks
- Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation including project plans and project management templates
- Maintenance and updating of databases budget calculations etc.
- Maintenance of central SharePoint pages
- Support for new initiatives and projects
- Identification and research of AI trends and innovations
- Assistance in the creation of PowerPoint presentations preparation of workshops etc.
Your Profile
- Masters degree with a focus on Business Information Systems Communication or Business Administration
- Ideally initial professional experience through training internships etc.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Very good technical understanding and proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Proactive working style and high willingness to learn
- Teamwork
- Very good English skills
