Tasks

• Prepare configure and test VR devices for customer deployments ensuring all software firmware and content are fully up to date
• Establish and continuously improve a quality assurance checklist as the final gate before hardware shipment
• Pack label and ship VR equipment for national and international customers ensuring reliable and timely delivery
• Manage and maintain our full VR hardware inventory including headsets controllers cables chargers and packaging materials
• Actively contribute to improving our hardware setup logistics processes and QA standards based on real-world usage and feedback
• Identify document and report bugs hardware issues or usability inconsistencies using structured QA processes and customer feedback

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (e.g. engineering logistics business IT game development or a comparable field)
• Highly organized and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Hands-on proactive mindset - you enjoy solving practical problems and taking initiative
• Structured and careful working style especially when handling technical equipment
• Interest in quality assurance immersive technologies VR gaming or hardware operations
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Availability to work part-time on-site at our Cologne office
