Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the site compliance audit program ensuring comprehensive assessments of control effectiveness and compliance culture across all sites.
• Utilize lean principles to streamline audit processes eliminate inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in program execution.
• Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies to enhance program efficiency effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Interface directly with senior leadership including company officers to present audit findings provide actionable recommendations and influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of audit processes with business objectives and compliance initiatives.
• Continuously monitor industry trends regulatory changes and emerging risks to ensure the audit program remains current and effective.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years of professional audit experience including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex multi-site projects.
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior leadership. Familiarity with lean principles and their application in driving process improvement.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time domestic and international.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12 to 15 years of audit experience with a focus on compliance and operational audits
• Demonstrated experience in building an audit program and team from the ground up.
• Experience with US Government Audits.
• Extensive experience engaging directly with senior leadership including company officers to influence decision making
• Proven track record of applying lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The base pay range for this position pay range is $168600.00 - 224900.00. USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 15th.
