The HR Leader will serve as a strategic partner to the business providing leadership in all aspects of Human Resources across the construction organization. This role will ensure the company attracts develops and retains a skilled workforce while promoting a safe compliant and engaging workplace culture. The HR Leader will partner closely with executives project managers site supervisors and employees to deliver HR programs that support both operational excellence and long-term growth.
