Job Description:
The Space and Airborne Systems Segment Security team is seeking a Senior Principal Cyber Intelligence professional to support the development maintenance and sustainment of multiple segment-wide initiatives spanning collateral special access programs (SAPs) and intelligence community this role you will be responsible for identifying analyzing and mitigating cybersecurity threats while ensuring compliance across all segment enterprise and program assets. You will lead efforts to track threat intelligence initiatives develop incident response capabilities and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that enhance organizational resilience.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise and a deep understanding of cyber threat landscapes collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen our overall security posture. You will work closely with a team of cybersecurity professionals to identify the right mix of tools and techniques that deliver scalable secure and effective solutions. As a subject matter expert you will address requirements outlined in the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM).
Responsibilities include developing and reviewing System Security Plans (SSPs) and all required supporting documentation such as POA&Ms NSPs and local policies in accordance with the JSIG NISPOM ICD and DCSA DAAPM. Additionally you will design and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) secure cloud-based architectures and support the safe integration of artificial intelligence (AI) software within program networks. Also travel 15%-20% to attend customer meetings conferences and L3Harris site visits.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
Preferred Additional Skillsets:
5 years of experience managing Special Access Program (SAP) information systems.
5 years of experience implementing Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and/or DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) requirements.
Proven experience leading teams across large geographically dispersed and diverse business portfolios.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience participating in national industrial security associations and working groups.
Extensive knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
