Job Summary

Job Level & compensation offered may vary depending on candidates experiences and competencies .

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage Pathologists calendar including scheduling meetings training sessions and case reviews.
Act as the primary point of contact between Pathologists and internal/external stakeholders ensuring timely and clear communication.
Provide administrative support to Pathologists as required.
Attend key meetings with Pathologists and prepare minutes for distribution to relevant parties.
Support selected Anatomic Pathology and Histology (APH) operational tasks such as specimen accessioning and tracking.
Organize file and archive laboratory documents and records in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
Comply with good laboratory practices for all procedures in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.
Perform additional tasks assigned by Laboratory Management to support departmental goals.
Other duties as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting will be preferred.
Familiarity with Anatomic Pathology and Histology processes preferred.
Able to work independently as well as a good team player with initiative and adaptability to change.
Good analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
