The Role: Flexible On-Demand Operational Support
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Singapore to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

- This is a freelance on-demand engagement.
- Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g. specific days for shipments inventory checks).
- There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours.
- You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Singapore.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment Coordination: Prepare document and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/FedEx.
- Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies maintaining accurate digital records.
- On-Site Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for pre-scheduled support tasks liaising with internal teams and external vendors to resolve logistical or minor technical issues.
Requirements
You Are a Great Fit If You:
- Have excellent availability and flexibility for sporadic pre-scheduled assignments.
- Are highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
- Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
