EY is a platform from which you can take ownership of ServiceNow and other technological offerings bringing these to market together with business colleagues. Through this you will acquire the skills necessary to eventually operate for example as a platform owner or practice lead.

As the foundation of this transition we are seeking colleagues who can effectively function as a Manager ServiceNow within our ServiceNow practice. As a Manager ServiceNow you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs
• Leading offshore implementation teams
• Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements
• Defining and promoting best practices in implementation as well as (agile) ways of working
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
• Collaborating with non-technical disciplines to achieve optimal solutions (such as experience designers risk & cyber consultants operational teams)
• Advising clients on how technology can enhance efficiency sustainability and business success

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of our Cross Towers we welcome up to 1500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city head to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on a new meaning in our Wavespace a high-tech environment that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.

Your skills and strengths About your unique contribution

• A completed bachelors or masters degree
• At least 5 years of work experience including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferably in the areas of risk or security operations
• You are comfortable in client conversations pre-sales communication and leading and guiding technical teams
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week
