Compensation:

Base salary: $165000 to $190000

Job Duties:

Manage civil litigation cases involving general liability premises and municipal matters
Represent commercial and retail clients directlyno adjusters involved
Conduct discovery depositions motion practice and court appearances
Collaborate closely with in-house counsel on litigation strategy
Billable target: with flexibility

Candidate Qualifications:

Civil litigator with a background in general liability or corporate defense
Strong client communication skills especially with commercial or municipal entities
California Bar admission and solid writing/advocacy abilities
