１生産計画 (Area Capacity Planner): 生産設備のパフォーマンスとキャパシティーを監視およびモデル化工場全体の生産能力ボトルネックを分析特定し最も効率のよい生産計画及び投資計画の企画立案をする
２投資計画 (Capital Planning): 生産計画を達成するために必要な設備投資計画の策定及び予算化とその予算管理を担う
３ファクトリーオートメーションエンジニア(OI): IT/プログラミングスキルを用いて工場の自動化とアプトプットの最適化のためのFAシステムの開発各種レポートの自動化ソリューションを提供する

応募資格/応募条件
必須条件
学士号または同等の経験
エンジニアリングまたはオペレーションで3年以上の経験
データ分析を使用した意思決定スキル

語学力
必要条件日本語上級 JLPT N2以上
