As a Deviation Management Engineer you will be a key contributor to the Deviation Management (DM) team focusing on driving product quality improvements through effective deviation management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and enhance business processes tools and systems related to deviation handling. This role requires a strong engineering background and a passion for continuous improvement in quality management practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead continuous improvement of Process Quality by enhancing deviation management processes and tools.
Collaborate with Fab organizations and R&D to align deviation management practices across areas.
Benchmark and align deviation management processes with worldwide organizations.
Build strong partnerships with Global Quality groups to ensure consistent quality standards.
Assist in developing training materials related to deviation management for department personnel.
Contribute to establishing a positive and safe working environment aligned with Fab15 values.
Work with Deviation Management Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet customer expectations.

REQUIREMENTS
Solid understanding of deviation management processes and systems in Micron.
Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks both strategic and tactical.
Proven ability to make decisions troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to build strong peer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and improve skills.
Ability to solicit feedback accept input and analyze success/failure for team effectiveness.
Effective English communication skills both written and verbal.
Engineering background in roles such as Quality PIE or PEE.
Strong time management skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in an engineering role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
