Responsibilities
- As the product owner of Margin trading you will drive Margin adoption volume and OI growth while aligning and achieving wider trading product team goals altogether.
- Enhance trading system logic improve trading experience and capital efficiency of Margin trading.
- Improve current risk controls to reduce platform risks while maintaining friendliness to traders.
- Track and analyze business demands/trends and suggest/implement end-to-end solutions.
- Innovate on product models business development to grow/sustain Margin trading business.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of related working experience in financial product and exchange (experience in crypto native derivatives/trading preferred) industry.
- Experienced in traditional financial products management as well.
- Possess solid product development design and project management skills.
- You have great logical thinking and communication skills.
- You are proactive enthusiastic passionate empathetic to users feedback and work well in a team setting.
- Have a sense of responsibility self-motivation and a strong capability to work under pressure.
