4. A thorough knowledge of the state testing program;
5. Demonstrated skill in leading cooperating and communicating with others;
6. Ability to work with online technology systems as well as Google tools and Microsoft suite;
7. Excellent writing and communication skills.

$76684 (IA 4)
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate implement and oversee the administration of testing programs including national state gifted and talented identification and Credit by Exam programs.
- Stay current and comply with laws regulations and policies that govern the assessment programs by attending training and reviewing resources provided by the Educational Service Center Texas Education Agency The College Board and other testing program entities to develop district protocols based on laws regulations and policies on testing program best practices.
- Participate actively in professional assessment associations.
- Develop and provide training for campus staff related to each testing program to ensure that all policies procedures and system requirements are strictly followed managed and enforced.
- Demonstrate awareness of individual campus and staff needs and initiate activities and training to address and meet those needs
- Manage testing programs systems and testing program documents including staff and student accounts usage reports and data retrieval for historical purposes. Oversee the collection and storage of all required testing documentation.
- Serve as a district resource for all testing programs assessment expectations and testing procedures
- Serve as a district liaison with testing program providers on testing issues identification and reporting of testing irregularities.
- Communicate effectively with school staff administrators and state officials to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of testing procedures timelines and compliance requirement
- Provide support to campus staff for testing program processes data retrieval and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Superintendent for District Improvement and Accountability and Director of Testing.
