Drywall Project Manager / Estimator Commercial Interiors Minneapolis MN
Were partnering with a well-established commercial drywall and framing contractor in the Minneapolis area thats known for quality craftsmanship long-standing client relationships and a strong pipeline of negotiated work.
The firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a key leadership role that blends estimating project management and client relationship building ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and business sides of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drywall and framing estimates and proposals for commercial projects
Manage awarded projects from buyout through closeout ensuring schedule quality and profitability
Oversee cost control budgets and project documentation
Coordinate closely with superintendents field teams and clients to resolve challenges
Develop and maintain relationships with GCs vendors and architects
Lead and participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating
Strong understanding of drywall metal framing and acoustical systems
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff QuickBid or comparable estimating software
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
Local market experience preferred
