Job Description

JOB DESCRPITION

As the Warranty Services Representative you will be responsible for responding to consumers regarding roofing warranties and processing claims.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL;

• Respond to all consumer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Process all documents within the companys standard Service Levels
• Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
• Process claims within the companys claims management system
• Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
• Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
• Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Some experience in a high-volume fast paced call center environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Dispute resolution skills
