Application Support Consultant ERP Manufacturing

What youll be doing
We are seeking a skilled and energetic professional to join our manufacturing Service Desk Team. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to work collaboratively across Atturra vendor and client teams.

As a Service Desk Consultant youll be the main contact for application and functional support on the QAD platform. A strong sense of curiosity will enable you to thoroughly understand client requirements enabling the delivery of high-quality support and practical solutions. The ability to remain composed under pressure and efficiently manage multiple tasks is essential.

This full-time permanent role is based in our Brisbane office but we welcome applicants from Sydney Melbourne Canberra and Adelaide.

Provide QAD application and functional support services to clients.
Translate business needs into functional requirements.
Assist clients with analysis troubleshooting and offer guidance on best practices.
Contribute to the development of documentation knowledge base articles and how-to guides.
Assist with root cause analysis to address recurring issues and prevent future disruptions.
Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and organisational success.

What will make you successful in this role
5 years of application support for QAD ERP or comparable systems (SAP Oracle MS D365 Pronto NetSuite).
Previous manufacturing sector experience with knowledge of processes scheduling & planning tools production orders BoM and routing is highly desirable.
Experience in a Help Desk environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities is advantageous.
