Designation:
Production Supervisor
Role Summary:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the final
assembly operations of reactor units ensuring that production targets are
achieved with high quality safety and efficiency. The role includes managing
assembly teams monitoring workflow assembling mechanical and metal
components and ensuring compliance with company standards and
regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities in the reactor final assembly section.
Assemble mechanical and metal components as per engineering
drawings and instructions.
Conduct testing of the final product to ensure quality standards are met.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Prepare and maintain production reports and related documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
Hands-on experience in supervising production/assembly teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing 5S or Kaizen practices will be an
advantage.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).

preferably in heavy equipment reactor or manufacturing industries
