Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons across the Year 2 curriculum.
- Monitor assess and report on pupil progress tailoring support to meet individual needs.
- Create a positive stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning experiences.
-Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
-Contribute to enrichment activities events and the wider life of the school.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 ideally Year 2.
- Strong knowledge of early literacy and numeracy including phonics.
- Excellent classroom management organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic reflective and committed to nurturing a love of learning.
