Job Summary
Are you an ambitious Year 5 Teacher seeking a Full-Time position from January 2026 A well-established Lambeth primary is recruiting a Year 5 Teacher to join its KS2 team. The appointed Year 5 Teacher will take part in pre-term planning before January 2026 attend a supportive induction in January 2026 and teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 5 Teacher.

What the Year 5 Teacher will do
This Year 5 Teacher will design and teach knowledge-rich sequences in maths and English that build fluency and reasoning. The Year 5 Teacher will lead topic work that connects learning across subjects run small-group interventions and use assessment to target support. From the planning before January 2026 to the induction in January 2026 the Year 5 Teacher will be supported by mentors and an experienced phase leader.

Candidate specification Year 5 Teacher
We seek a reflective Year 5 Teacher with QTS and a record of excellent practice in KS2. The Year 5 Teacher should be available for pre-term preparation induction and to teach as a Full-Time Year 5 Teacher from January 2026.
