An Outstanding grammar school in Buckingham is seeking a talented and creative Art ECT to join their Visual Arts Department from January 2026.

About the Role
This full-time permanent role offers the perfect opportunity for a new teacher to flourish in a nurturing and high-achieving environment. You will teach Art & Design across KS3KS5 developing students creativity technical ability and critical appreciation of visual culture. Lessons encourage exploration of both traditional and digital art forms from painting and printmaking to photography and sculpture.
Facilities include large light-filled studios a Mac suite ceramics room and dedicated gallery space for student exhibitions. The department also leads annual art trips and creative workshops in collaboration with local artists.

Candidate Requirements
PGCE with QTS (or pending) in Art & Design or Fine Art
Strong creative and technical skills across media
