(Year 6 Teacher) Responsibilities
The Year 6 Teacher will plan and deliver ambitious curriculum sequences focused on reading comprehension reasoning in mathematics and independent writing. The Year 6 Teacher will run targeted booster groups manage assessment cycles and use progress data to accelerate outcomes. The Year 6 Teacher will co-ordinate SATs preparation where relevant lead parent transition meetings and mentor younger staff as part of the role. The Year 6 Teacher is expected to contribute to whole-school improvement planning before January 2026 and after the January 2026 start.

QTS and proven evidence of securing outstanding outcomes as a Year 6 Teacher.
Strong classroom leadership excellent behaviour management and the ability to translate assessment into action as a Year 6 Teacher.
Available for pre-term planning before January 2026 induction in January 2026 and full teaching duties from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 6 Teacher.
