What you will do:
- Lead and coach the on-site support team; plan tasks monitor performance ensure SLA/KPI adherence
- Act as primary contact for incidents requests and escalations; ensure seamless end-to-end handling
- Oversee delivery setup and maintenance of end-user hardware and software for high user satisfaction
- Drive implementation of group-wide IT standards and best practices; tailor to internal customer needs
- Collaborate with L2/L3 and cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues and manage escalations
- Optimize ticket workflows (e.g. ServiceNow/JIRA) reporting knowledge base quality and automation/self-service
What you bring & who you are:
- Must-have: Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience; 5 years in IT support with on-site operations
- Must-have: Team leadership experience incl. delegation mentoring performance management
- Must-have: Strong troubleshooting of endpoints and peripherals; hands-on with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow; JIRA)
- Must-have: Familiarity with endpoint management and ITIL (e.g. Microsoft Intune SCCM; ITIL processes)
- Must-have: Fluent German and English; clear communicator with a structured proactive results-driven mindset
- Nice-to-have: Experience driving process improvements KPI reporting SLA management and automation; relevant certs (e.g. ITIL Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator)
