About the Role

As Titan OS continues its rapid growth we are creating a Strategic Project Management Office (PMO) to strengthen the execution of key initiatives across the company. We are looking for a Strategic PMO who will partner directly with the CEO to define plan and monitor the execution of the companys strategic and quarterly projects.

This role is ideal for a professional with a consulting or strategic planning background who combines strong analytical skills with excellent project management capabilities. The Strategic PMO Manager will ensure alignment between strategy and execution enabling the organization to operate efficiently and achieve its growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define strategic priorities and quarterly plans.

    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables owners and timelines.

  • Project Management & Execution:

    • Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of strategic projects across all departments.

    • Identify risks dependencies and bottlenecks proposing corrective actions to maintain alignment with company goals.

    • Maintain visibility of key initiatives and ensure consistency in planning and reporting.

  • Reporting & Follow-up:

    • Prepare and deliver weekly reports and performance updates directly to the CEO.

    • Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and structured follow-ups on strategic initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Act as a bridge between the CEO leadership team and other departments to ensure communication alignment and accountability.

    • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Develop frameworks tools and best practices for strategic project management and governance.

    • Promote a culture of operational excellence and accountability throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering Economics or related field.

  • 58 years of experience in strategy consulting project management or strategic operations preferably in a fast-growing or technology-driven environment.

  • Proven experience working directly with senior leadership or executive teams.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience in developing and tracking strategic KPIs and quarterly plans.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and project management tools (e.g. Asana Monday Smartsheet or similar).
