Job Summary
We are seeking a User Experience Expert (UXE) with 7 to 10 years of professional experience in user interface design and visual identity creation. The selected candidate will join an international multidisciplinary team to design modern engaging and user-friendly experiences for digital learning environments.
This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional capable of translating learning and development needs into impactful visual solutions. Tasks
- Design innovative user-friendly interfaces for e-learning courses ensuring a consistent and appealing user experience.
- Collaborate with the content and external provider teams to implement designs on platforms such as EU-Learn and Moodle.
- Create and update visual identities for new training programs and lead the rebranding of existing ones.
- Improve the usability and overall user experience of the Learning Center (Drupal CMS).
- Design and maintain visual and communication materials such as newsletters banners and infographics.
- Support the recording and post-production of training videos including the creation of subtitles and accessibility elements.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members on design tools and best practices.
- Participate in technical and improvement meetings with platform administrators proposing solutions and enhancements.
- Create and manage visual materials illustrations and infographics for training and communication purposes.
- Maintain updated documentation and repositories for all graphical and interface-related materials.
Requirements
Technical skills required
- UI/UX Design: proven experience designing user interfaces for e-learning from prototypes to final implementation.
- Visual Identity: strong background in developing and updating digital and offline visual identities.
- Design Tools: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Rebranding: experience in redesigning and modernizing visual campaigns or training program identities.
- CMS and LMS: familiarity with CMS and LMS systems used for e-learning publishing.
- Project Management: experience using tools such as MS Project ServiceNow or similar.
- Problem Solving: analytical mindset and the ability to deliver creative efficient solutions.
Personal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic evolving environment.
- Proactive flexible and service-oriented approach.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and creative profiles.
Experience required
- 7 to 10 years of total professional experience including at least 3 years of specific experience in UI design for e-learning (prototypes development and publishing).
- Proven experience in creating visual identities and graphic materials for both digital and offline media.
- Experience in brand redesign or visual identity modernization projects.
- Solid understanding of usability principles and best practices in digital learning environments.
