Job Summary

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Lead small IT operational projects/efforts with cross functional teams and their managers
Build strong relationship across the various IT teams
Project management project planning project monitoring and project status reporting

Minimum Candidate Characteristics:

4-7 years of experience managing IT operational projects

o Developing and managing project deliverables

o Technical writing experience

Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:

Experience with electric utility or municipality projects

Experience with ServiceNow

PMP certification
