Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Contact Center solutions (such as Amazon Connect Genesys Cisco or Avaya) with a strong focus on IVR telephony integrations and end-to-end call flow validation.

Five9 or any other Contact Center adaptor with the below assurance skills:

  • call authentication 2-way texting video calling scheduler call back features etc.
  • Secure 2-way texting
  • Video Calls
  • Screenshare
  • Scheduler Callback
  • Proactive Member Scheduling
  • Emailing
