Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager Credit Card & Rewards for one of our clients in Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH.

Job Description:

Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions for credit card processing rewards management and partner integrations (e.g. Visa/Mastercard loyalty networks).
Functional Expertise: Analyze business requirements for card issuance transaction processing fraud detection billing and rewards redemption. Familiarity with rewards program mechanics (points miles cashback merchant-funded rewards).
System Integration: Lead integrations between core banking systems card processors CRM and third-party rewards platforms.
Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS AML and regulatory standards (e.g. Reg Z UDAAP) in card and rewards program design.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers IT teams and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.
Innovation: Propose enhancements for customer engagement (e.g. dynamic rewards personalized offers API-driven partnerships).
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues in authorization settlement points accrual and reconciliation processes.
Good to have: Hands-on experience with card processors (FIS TSYS) Rewards engines (Fiserv Epsilon) core banking systems & payment gateways.
