Job Summary

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team (Goodwill Lincoln) as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant. This role combines administrative support with office coordination making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. A college degree is not required just a strong work ethic excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Maintain a clean organized and efficient office environment
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (workspace setup orientation materials etc.)
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries

Executive Support:

  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas take notes and follow up on action items
  • Draft and proofread emails reports and other communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

General Administrative Support:

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office experience
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
  • Support team projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems
