Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team (Goodwill Lincoln) as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant. This role combines administrative support with office coordination making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. A college degree is not required just a strong work ethic excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient office environment
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Assist with onboarding new employees (workspace setup orientation materials etc.)
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
Executive Support:
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas take notes and follow up on action items
- Draft and proofread emails reports and other communications
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
General Administrative Support:
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office experience
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
- Support team projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems
