Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abilene TX. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations ensuring all equipment is properly serviced and repaired. This role includes implementing preventive maintenance programs managing the maintenance team and coordinating with other departments to support safe and efficient transportation services.

Qualifications:
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair
Expertise in preventive maintenance and maintenance management
Excellent team management and communication abilities
Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment
Relevant certification or technical training in maintenance is a plus
Experience in the transportation industry is a strong advantage
