Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role Overview:
Looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 12 years of ServiceNow experience and strong telecom module expertise (OMT ITOM TSOM TSM TNI CMDB SOMT). Candidate must have hands-on experience in Integration Hub Flow Designer and platform design (HLD/LLD).

Responsibilities:

Design and configure ServiceNow applications aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead architecture documentation (System HLD LLD).
Manage governance and change control for enhancements.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and product owners.
Perform impact analysis and data migration planning.

Qualifications:

Strong ServiceNow Telecom module expertise (mandatory).
CSA CAD CIS certified (CTA/CMA a plus).
12 years in ServiceNow-based projects with 4 years in architecture.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
