Job Summary
The Head of Spare Parts will be responsible for the strategic planning management and overall profitability of the spare parts division across all dealer locations. This leadership role involves optimizing inventory management driving parts sales ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the parts team to support the service and equipment sales operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a spare parts or related operations environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles supply chain logistics and demand forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Experience in team leadership development and performance management.
- Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Qualification/Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in spare parts management with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
