Position: Lead – Talent Management & Employer Branding Internal & External Communications
Location: Mumbai
Reporting Relationship: CHRO
Business/Channel/Function: Human Resources
Purpose:
This position is entrusted with the responsibility of designing and deploying robust forward-looking talent management practices to drive the organization’s growth and vitality from structure people processes and development perspectives.
It shall establish the organisation's learning and development strategy. The incumbent is expected to advise on organisational design and change interventions to deliver business strategy and plan budgets for learning and development programmes to build capabilities.
Education:
Postgraduate degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources
Experience:
15–18 years of experience with talent strategy organization development and business HR roles
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
Design the long-term and medium-term People/Talent strategy and budgets for the network in sync with the overall organizational strategy business plans talent trends competition landscape and values of the organization.
Track the market and industry to scout for the latest trends across organization development learning talent management and total rewards to design the OD learning & talent strategy and roadmap for the network.
Create the annual roadmap of initiatives and allocate responsibilities to the team.
Design and drive the performance review system for the organization to ensure business and strategic objectives are met; bring in best practices and lead integration within the organization.
Drive the talent review exercise for key talent and address the identified development needs through various initiatives and programs such as leadership development succession planning capability building and other critical talent initiatives and programs across the organization.
Organization Development
Understand the business requirements and organizational objectives; design and drive culture-building initiatives and programs across the organization to ensure a culture high on innovation.
Constantly track market happenings and ensure the organization is equipped to better respond and adapt to market changes and technological advances given the dynamic nature of the industry.
Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives action plans programs and training materials.
Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
Optimize personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
Employer Branding & Internal / External Communications
Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the corporate vision.
Position the company as a top employer through targeted branding campaigns leveraging digital media employee advocacy and industry recognition.
Develop communication strategies that actively involve employees in company news events and initiatives.
Provide regular updates and newsletters to keep employees informed about company news initiatives and achievements.
Communicate the company’s social impact initiatives and values to external audiences.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote the company’s external brand engage customers and drive traffic.
Critical Competencies
Managing change within the organization especially in response to shifting business priorities mergers and acquisitions.
Strong ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executives hiring managers employees and external vendors or partners. Building trust and credibility with stakeholders is crucial for success.
