Position: Senior Executive - Plant HR

Location: Bahadurgarh Haryana (F&A Provided)

Qualification: MBA

Experience: Min 4 years of experience in HR Generalist activities within the FMCG industry

Salary: Upto 6 LPA CTC

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end HR Generalist activities.
* Prepare and validate payroll inputs.
* Manage employee time data and attendance records.
* Prepare and submit statutory inputs (PF ESI etc.).
* Handle HR operations documentation and compliance.
