Position: Territory Sales Manager
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Malappuram / Kozhikode
Salary : 5.4 Lacs to 6 Lacs
Experience: min 5 years of experience in sales managerial role
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and
annual targets.
• Monitor Sales Executives’ performance and guide them to meet territory and regional goals.
• Identify and prioritize key distributors retailers contractors carpenters and OEM
accounts.
• Support Sales Executives in negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
• Set clear sales targets provide training and motivate the team to improve
performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct quarterly review meetings with key customers to explore growth
opportunities.
• Communicate product launches promotions and schemes to customers on time.
