Red Ember Recruitment is seeking on behalf of our client a Tenant Leasing Administrator to join their team in Tyger Valley Waterfront Bellville. The role supports the Portfolio Manager with accurate lease documentation FICA compliance tenant onboarding and monthly reporting while ensuring professional communication with tenants and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft format and proofread lease agreements addenda renewals and terminations.
- Maintain and file executed leases (digital and physical).
- Collect verify and manage tenant FICA documentation and compliance records.
- Prepare welcome letters and lease packs for new tenants.
- Correspond professionally with tenants on administrative lease matters.
- Compile monthly lease and tenant reports including renewals and expiries.
- Maintain accurate leasing spreadsheets and tenant summaries.
- Liaise with the Portfolio Manager for clarifications and reporting.
Requirements
- Matric- Grade 12.
- 4-5 Years of experience.
- Reside in the Northern Suburbs.
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans written and verbal).
- Legal Secretary or Paralegal experience within a property conveyancing or commercial law firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Solid understanding of legal documentation contract structure and filing standards.
- Proven ability to ensure accuracy and turnaround time in preparing and processing legal and FICA documentation.
- Demonstrated attention to detail accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
- Excellent organizational time management and reporting skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication with responsiveness and clarity in tenant correspondence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality ensure compliance and meet deadlines under pressure.
Required Skills:
Reside in the Northern Suburbs. Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans written and verbal). Legal Secretary or Paralegal experience within a property conveyancing or commercial law firm. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook. Solid understanding of legal documentation contract structure and filing standards.
