Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage junior staff and review their work
Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Management Accounts for all entity types
Handle full bookkeeping function from cashbook to trial balance
Reconcile customers suppliers and general ledger accounts
Calculate and submit VAT201 EMP201 and Workmans Compensation
Prepare and submit tax returns for companies CCs individuals and trusts
Handle provisional tax and SARS correspondence including VAT audits
Manage CIPC annual returns and company registrations
Liaise directly with clients ensuring strong relationships and quality service delivery

Additional Information:
Working hours: 08:00 16:30 (Monday to Friday)
Own vehicle required; occasional travel may be necessary
Laptop and required software provided
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree completed
Completed Articles
SAIPA / CA(SA) / AGA(SA) registration (essential)
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar accounting role
Advanced knowledge of Income Tax and VAT legislation
Proficiency in DraftWorx Sage One Xero Syft and Microsoft Office Suite
Required Skills:
