Get to Know the Role
You will report directly to the Head Enterprise Commercial and work onsite at Hanoi city.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Build-up the relationship with Top SMB (Senior levels) to accelerate growth by integration of Grabs ecosystem solutions and driving Merchant collaborations.
- Manage Total SMB KCT business including team management with OKR setting our performance management operation improvement and growth segmentation guidance to achieve the vertical target.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Growth Insights and Planning Sales Ads and cross-departments) including BAU projects and new programs to align business plans go-to-market execution and measurement.
- Conduct and work with cross-functional teams to establish weekly and monthly market intelligence with practical recommendations and actions.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in merchant development account management or business growth roles in e-commerce food delivery or tech industries.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments on a large-scale.
- Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of multiple tasks or experiments
- Integration between business insights and practical recommendation.
