Our client is a leading education institution in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

Job Description

Operations

Optimize advertising performance and operations.
Monitor ensure and optimize ad performance metrics across apps; proficient in mediation platforms such as AdMob MAX etc.; experienced with bid floor and waterfall techniques.
Analyze data from Ad mediation platforms and user flow data from app GA. Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
Track and evaluate Mobile App market trends; propose solutions and scenarios to improve ad monetization metrics.
Optimize eCPM and user LTV by App Version and Country; ensure Ads impressions per user meet ROI targets.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Product team to design the most effective in-app monetization scenarios.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze user segments and optimize ad monetization strategies.
Coordinate with Ad Network partners such as Google AdMob Facebook Unity ironSource AppLovin etc. to implement optimization strategies.
Stay updated with and test new features from ad platforms.
Handle issues such as ad errors or platform policy violations.

Development

Gather market insights and work with the team to propose new monetization approaches to gain a competitive edge in the IAA (In-App Advertising) market.
Experience in optimizing IAP (In-App Purchase) revenue is a plus.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Monetization Optimizer (MO).
Proficient in mediation tools such as AdMob Mediation MAX Mediation ironSource Mediation etc.
Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge to work.
Strong analytical and data evaluation skills.
Creative and proactive at work.
Skilled in Firebase Google Analytics MMP and other data measurement tools.
Strong analytical and hands-on testing abilities; ready to conduct A/B testing to find the most effective strategies.
Good teamwork and independent working skills.
