Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion of treatment plans by BCBAs ensuring that authorizations are utilized effectively and services are delivered with maximum impact.
- Hire and approve Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBAs within the region to ensure a high-quality team.
- Conduct initial assessments for new clients providing a foundation for tailored ABA services.
- Lead parent orientation sessions for new families offering support and guidance throughout the ABA process.
- Monitor client and learner attendance and performance ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Report on key clinical and operational performance metrics supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide clinical oversight for BCBA programming treatment plans and assessments ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families members of the autism community and ABA staff within the region.
- Take ownership of the region fostering growth and expansion while maintaining quality and integrity.
- Embody the qualities of a strong team player demonstrating humility a growth mindset and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements
- Masters degree in behavior analysis psychology or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA (preferred) including experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Capability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of clients staff and the general public.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
