What Youll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations for two centers ensuring consistency compliance and brand excellence
Lead coach and develop teams including injectors wellness specialists and patient care staff
Drive sales KPIs: membership growth rebook rates retention and average ticket
Analyze and manage P&L payroll and cost of goods
Collaborate on local marketing partnerships and community outreach
Deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve escalated issues with professionalism

Requirements

Youre a Strong Fit If You Have:

23 years management experience in medspa wellness fitness or aesthetics
Experience running a high-volume center or multi-unit operation
Proven success leading teams and hitting sales goals (e.g. revenue rebooks memberships)
Comfort managing P&L scheduling payroll and inventory
Weekend and event availability North Jersey commute

Base Salary: $60000$65000
Performance Bonus: Up to 15 to 20% of base (paid quarterly)
