About the Role

Were seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing operations team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will transition to full-time employment upon successful performance.

The Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner providing financial insights models and recommendations that help guide key business decisions. Youll collaborate across departments to track profitability streamline processes and support pricing and investment strategies across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Consolidate and analyze financial data including P&L cash flow and department-level budgets.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership highlighting trends and key performance indicators.

Reconcile financial data and ensure integrity across all reporting systems.

Forecasting & Budgeting

Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for revenue expenses and cash flow forecasting.

Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting efforts.

Partner with operations and department leaders to align financial planning with business goals.

Operational Insights & Performance Management

Track service margins utilization rates and client profitability across our managed services portfolio.

Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements within business operations.

Provide data-backed recommendations that improve financial performance and operational scalability.

Strategic Financial Support

Assist leadership with scenario modeling and investment analyses for new service offerings and partnerships.

Evaluate financial impacts of client pricing models staffing plans and project performance.

Support the evolution of financial processes systems and reporting infrastructure as the company continues to scale.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

5 years of professional experience in financial analysis forecasting or reporting (service-based or IT industry experience preferred).

Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or technology services environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Proven ability to interpret data and present insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

A proactive mindset high attention to detail and strong accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

Required Skills:
