Job Description

As a Data Engineer at Benda Infotech you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines integrating multiple data sources and ensuring data availability accuracy and integrity. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts BI developers and software engineers to enhance data accessibility and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Design build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to collect transform and load data from diverse internal and external sources.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize relational and non-relational databases for high performance scalability and reliability.
• Data Integration: Work with APIs cloud storage and third-party tools to seamlessly integrate data across platforms.
• Data Quality & Validation: Ensure data integrity consistency and accuracy through robust monitoring validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with analysts BI teams and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible reliable and ready for reporting and analytics.
• Automation & Optimization: Automate workflows optimize data processing and implement best practices for performance improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for data models systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in data engineering ETL development or data architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Python Spark or ETL tools (Airflow SSIS Talend etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and data warehousing tools (Redshift BigQuery Snowflake).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
