Position Overview
Manhattan Project Beer Company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our packaging team. The packaging lead will be responsible for operating all packaging equipment and working closely with other team members to complete all packaging tasks. This position is full-time with opportunities for overtime. Reports to the packaging and warehouse manager.

Responsibilities
Packaging Lead

Operate and maintain packaging equipment including canning and kegging.
Safely operate warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
Troubleshoot all mechanical issues and assist in equipment maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in a production brewery
Experience with ABE canning equipment is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
