Schedule:
- Flexible 4 hours per day (to be determined during interviews)
- Client timezone: UK Time (GMT)
Scope: - Part-time position: 20 hours per week
- Client-facing role representing the business in all external communications
- Mix of administrative support (90%) and urgent response work (10%)
- Working with a small team of three professionals
- Supporting both candidate management and client relationship activities
- Flexible scheduling within UK business hours
- Potential for varied daily schedules based on business needs
- Collaboration with other part-time clients while maintaining availability for urgent requests
Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate relationships including tracking communication and interview coordination
- Handle client support and maintain professional correspondence via email
- Perform administrative tasks including basic bookkeeping and receipt management
- Coordinate and organize interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage LinkedIn activities and social media presence
- Operate and maintain CRM systems for recruitment processes
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Handle job postings and recruitment advertising
- Provide general administrative coordination and support
- Respond to urgent client requests within 1-1.5 hour timeframes when needed
Requirements
- Hands-on recruitment experience (mandatory prerequisite)
- Excellent written and spoken English due to client-facing nature
- Experience with LinkedIn for professional networking and recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM systems particularly within recruitment context
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Capability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Self-sufficient work style with minimal supervision required
- Availability to work UK business hours
- Flexibility to handle urgent requests outside of scheduled hours when necessary
