Identify upsell or renewal opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or Client Support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with software tools or digital platforms.
Experience in SaaS tech or digital marketing is a plus.
Empathetic proactive and driven to deliver excellent customer experiences.
