On-Site End User Support Engineer (NZ Citizens Only)

About the Role
Were seeking an experienced On-Site End User Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support across desktops laptops and related systems. Youll be responsible for resolving technical issues onboarding users and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support and timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Set up and configure new laptops/desktops for onboarding users.
Install upgrade and troubleshoot Windows OS Office 365 and other applications.
Diagnose and repair hardware printers and mobile devices.
Support network connectivity (Wi-Fi VPN Firewalls).
Maintain asset inventory and documentation in ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Windows desktop and end-user support.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory Office 365 SCCM Intune and BitLocker.
Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android) and Teams conferencing.
Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
