Job Summary
Job Description: Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the organization at trade exhibitions and events visiting customers to generate new business and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong technical and commercial skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and events to promote products and services
- Visit customers and potential customers to generate new business and build relationships
- Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning and time management
- Handle customer issues and technical/commercial requirements in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical solutions and clarification to customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Ensure timely quotation delivery to customers through proper planning and time management
- Ensure proper documentation including LOI contract and clearance of drawings
- Manage advance and further collections as per schedule/commitment
- Implement Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Hand over project sites to FOD on a timely basis
- Ensure timely updating of projects in ERP
- Monitor completion of contractual formalities within the cycle time
- Adhere to all process and documentation as per ISO standards
- Perform any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements

- Minimum 7 years Engineering / Building material Industry. Elevator Industry preferable.
- B.E. / MBA
