Manage recruitment supervision and professional development of care staff ensuring a motivated positive and person-centred culture.
Implement and monitor effective care planning and review systems using digital tools for real-time service oversight.
Promote a quality over quantity ethos with minimum 50-minute visits and meaningful engagement between carers and clients.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients families and community partners.
Participate in the on-call rota ensuring service continuity and safety at all times.

Requirements
Essential:
A minimum of 1 years experience in a care management coordination or supervisory role.
Proven leadership communication and organisational skills.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
A caring positive attitude with a passion for delivering person-centred care.
Ability to remain calm proactive and solution-focused when faced with challenges.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
Right to work in the UK.

Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-registered childrens home (EBD or similar). Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings. Strong understanding of Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015). Robust safeguarding knowledge and ability to implement effective systems and processes. Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills. Desirable: Experience supporting children with EBD trauma or attachment difficulties.
